Privacy Notice

Information collected
Our repair request and involvement forms collect the contact information and descriptions you choose to provide, including names, email addresses, optional phone numbers, general locations, and messages.
How information is used
We use submissions to respond to inquiries, assess potential program fit, and coordinate possible volunteer or community involvement. Submitting a form does not guarantee assistance or acceptance into a program.
Storage and access
When deployed with Netlify Forms, form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify. Access should be limited to authorized HHR personnel. Before launch, HHR must configure account access, notifications, data retention, and deletion procedures. Do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, bank details, or other sensitive documents.
Sharing
HHR should not sell applicant information. Any sharing with referral partners or contractors should be limited to what is necessary and appropriately authorized.
